- Structured Finance – Focused on sourcing and structuring the most efficient debt capital market solutions for our clients for commercial real estate acquisitions, recapitalizations, and development. Structured Finance Partners actively maintain relationships with all segments of the market including insurance companies, pension capital, domestic banks, foreign banks, conduits (CMBS), mortgage REITs, private equity, and finance companies.
- Equity Placement – Focused on sourcing and structuring asset level joint venture equity for acquisitions, recapitalizations, and new development. The Equity Placement Partners maintain close relationships with a wide variety of institutional and private equity sources including advisors, funds, insurance companies, and high net worth family offices.
