Diego worked for 18 years as a Lead Software Engineer, Architect, and Designer developing tools and applications in the software industry. Currently, Diego and his team are responsible for creating and enhancing technology for Palmer Capital.
Nate is responsible for the creation of marketing materials, photo editing, layout of the marketing memoranda, and website design. Nate has over nine years experience as a graphic designer, specializing in branding, web development, and layout design. Nate also photographs the investment opportunities.

Holly prepares and manages the financial underwritings for currently marketed properties, finance transactions, and preliminary evaluations. In addition, she interacts with Buyers, Sellers, Borrowers, and Lenders to explain complex financial underwritings and leases. Prior to joining Palmer Capital Inc., Holly was employed at Goldman Sachs in the Strategic Planning Group of the Asset Management Division and in the Private Client Services Group of the Equities Division. She also worked at Dean Witter Reynolds Inc. in the mergers and acquisitions group, where she facilitated corporate valuations.
Al is responsible for the production of marketing materials, identifying capital market information, and brings nearly 20 years of experience in the digital print industry to the in-house production team. Prior to joining Palmer Capital Inc., Al worked at Xerox Corporation and was involved in supporting multiple clients such as the State of California, Hewlett Packard, Intel, and a number of law firms with inventory management, equipment maintenance, training, production, and networked fleet administration.
Michael advises clients on how to achieve their strategic acquisition and disposition goals while also providing them access to the debt and equity resources needed to most efficiently execute their investment objectives. He is able to leverage his capital markets and data analytics experience to maximize value for both his clients and Palmer Capital.

Prior to founding Palmer Capital Inc. in 2005, Bill was a Managing Director in the Capital Markets Division of CB Richard Ellis. He spent 18 years at the firm and was consistently honored as CB Richard Ellis' Top Broker Worldwide. He has been recognized by Commercial Property News and several other publications as one of the nation's most highly regarded investment professionals. Bill's prior experience also includes 13 years with Piper Jaffray & Co in Minneapolis, in their Investment Banking Group.
As a partner, with over 15 years of real estate transaction experience, Jennifer is responsible for all aspects of financing commercial real estate transactions including structuring, sourcing and negotiating at all levels in the investment capital stack. She oversees institutional and foreign capital relationships for the firm that are actively participating in joint ventures, recapitalizations and developments. Jennifer initially worked on the investment sales desk focusing on institutional client relationships.

Ryan is responsible for all aspects of investment sales and capital market real estate transactions including underwriting, structuring, sourcing, and negotiating at all levels of the investment and capital stack. He advises both institutional and private owners in executing capital market transactions throughout the Western United States. Prior to joining Palmer Capital Inc., Ryan worked at State Street in Boston. While at State Street, he worked for State Street Global Markets in Institutional Equity Investments and Foreign Exchange. His experience with capital markets provides clients with excellent analysis and strategy advisement.
Clayton cultivates relationships with the company's clients and advises them on how to achieve their overall strategic acquisition and disposition objectives, while also providing access to the capital resources needed to meet their real estate goals. Prior to joining Palmer Capital Inc., Clayton began his career working for a premier Southern California mortgage bank and acquired eight years of international business development experience in Eastern Europe. There, Clayton consulted for many multi-national corporations and was a managing partner of a franchising company.
